I’m Bianca Augustin, the founder of Noemi Vonn Consulting, and I bring over a decade of experience leading operations and building systems for youth-centered programs, public education agencies, and workforce initiatives. My career began in the Department of Education, where I started as an NYS licensed teacher before moving into program management—overseeing student hiring pipelines and managing complex backend processes that supported hundreds of students and staff.

Over the years, I became the go-to person for organizing chaos. I’ve built hiring workflows, managed compliance systems, and implemented learning platforms—often singlehandedly—to ensure programs could run more efficiently and deliver meaningful impact.

Noemi Vonn Consulting was born from a simple realization: too many mission-driven organizations are doing incredible work but are held back by outdated or disorganized systems. I’ve seen the toll this takes—burnout, missed deadlines, and lost opportunities—and I knew these teams needed a partner who understands both the technical and human side of education operations.
